Customized Training Program

In the 42 days, we customize your program around YOUR body and YOUR abilities. These are NOT cookie cutter programs that you'll see in the magazines at the grocery store. We take into account how you move, what your capable of and build YOUR workouts around YOU to ensure that you get the best results as quickly and safely as possible. 

Nutrition for YOUR Body

Yes this is one of the MAJOR components of this program. We all know it's about the diet (hate that word) but we are going to make sure you follow scientific proven systems that will have you eating real food. In fact we will cover so much nutrition education that we will design a meal plan/program that works for YOU, YOUR life, and YOUR schedule.

What to do for the days you're NOT here.

Being honest here, this does require a few things for you to change for you to get from where you are now, to where you want to be; so some homework is involved, but we have you covered there. We will instruct you what to do on the days you're not with us, taking into consideration what equipment you do or do not have access to and we'll design your workouts for the days you can't come in. (We ask you to workout with us just 3-5 times per week. Long distance programs are available if you don't live near us!)

Tracking and accountability 

We hold you to a higher standard than you may hold yourself, because if you're not accountable to someone only YOU know if you did, or did not, workout. Our entire focus is on getting you results. That’s why we do the most consistent and extensive progress tracking with our clients. That way, we always know what’s working and what’s not.

Recipe Manual + Grocery List 

Eating better doesn't have to mean plain tilapia (seriously, gross) brown rice, veggies, and lemon water. That's why we includes some of our favorite recipes and they cover more than just chicken salads, we have REAL food that won't leave you feeling deprived and even after the program is over you'll still want to continue to make these on a daily basis. Plus, it's yummy food for the whole family, not "diet food".

Daily Motivation

No one ever said this was going to be easy. Even with us at your side, coaching you every step of the way, there are going to be some days that will test your will power... we all have them. What we do to help out is send you uplifting motivational quotes, stories and emails to just remind you why you started and to not give up. We will keep your head in the game, and help you cultivate a successful mindset!

You have Facebook right? We we add you to a private group just for those that are doing the program so that you can ask those questions that just popped up in your mind and not only get your coaches' answers, but answers from others that are doing the program as well. This alone will give you ideas that you never thought about and help keep you on your game throughout this program.
